Banh Mi in Altamonte Springs

“After shopping at the Altamonte Mall I felt like grabbing a sub nearby and Paris Banh Mi came up in the search. Entered the establishment and was immediately greeted by courteous staff. Ordered a Banh Mi Dac Biet (Special Combination Sub) to go and while waiting I perused the baked goods and they all looked amazing. They also sell Korean Hot Dogs, Eggrolls, Milk Tea amongst other things which I'll have to try next time! Oh yeah and the cute stuffed animals (Capybaras I believe) lol”

“Exactly what I was in the mood for. Grilled pork Banh MI. The pork is well seasoned and flavorful, the daikon radish mix had a delicious dressing on it. The baguette is fresh, crispy and soft. Just right! The staff was helpful and efficient and the dining room was very clean.”

“The banh mi sandwiches here are truly something special. I’ve gotten the Pate BBQ Pork banh mi from here several times, and it is without a doubt my favorite sandwich I’ve ever eaten. It’s refreshing and crisp, it has such a perfect combination of flavors, and it truly feels “new” every time I have one. It really is just a perfect sandwich, and I can’t recommend it and this restaurant enough.”

“Authentic Banh Mi. I must admit I was initially hesitant to try this place. I assumed it would be more of a commercial Banh Mi. I tried the shredded chicken which is typically my go to at the authentic spots I've visited. This was the best shredded chicken Banh Mi I've had. Fresh ingridents, quality bread and fresh ingridents. Definitely a must try if you are in the area.”

The bread is so good, the vegetables are perfectly pickled, and the meat is SO savory and perfectly spiced. The customer service is extremely refreshing as the workers there are full of energy and extremely friendly! Highly recommend!”
